Description of the assignment

ANA is part of the world’s largest private airport operator VINCI Airports and manages 10 airports in Portugal. ANA is managed through several central  departments that enable the business needs across the organization in partnership with the airport teams (i.e., Lisbon, Faro, Porto, Madeira and the Azores).

Profile

The Human Resources Department intends to recruit a Human Resources Development Specialist to collaborate in the Talent Management of the entire life cycle of the employees, from their Recruitment and On boarding to exit from ANA, including Training and Development, Performance and Potential Evaluation, Mobility, among others.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the area;
  • Computer literacy (Office, SAP, Success Factors, Cornerstone - training module);
  • Knowledge of oral and written English.

 

Privileged Behavioural Profile:

Ideally with a consultant profile, proactive, analytical thinking, motivated by learning and processes optimisation, coupled with good interpersonal skills.

 

Other information - Workplace: Lisbon.
