As a private partner for public benefit, VINCI Concessions supports its clients in design, financing, programme management, operation and maintenance of major public infrastructure projects.

VINCI CONCESSIONS, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, a global player in the concessions and construction businesses, is looking for a VIE for its Development team in North America.


Our opportunity:

Seeking a results-oriented level professional to join the VINCI Concessions’ Development team to work on the project development for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) infrastructure assets in North America.


Your responsibilities:


You will assist the Development Project Director of VINCI Concessions on providing support for complex PPP projects of transport infrastructure by integrated the technical, legal and financial aspects.


·       Full integration and knowledge of the file,

·       Understand and implement the offering strategy defined by the project director,

·       Oversee the necessary due diligence,

·       Actively participate in working groups and synthesize information,

·       Participate in steering committees as required,

·       Research and draft documents required for the offer,

·       Document, negotiate or lead external partners or advisors in consultation with the project director,

·       Maintain the tender programme and the tender budget,

·       Coordinate the receipt of information and documents for the preparation of the tender,

·       Participate in the document review and production of the tender.


Your profile:

·       You are a student in the domain of (civil) engineering with training or additional training in finance,

·       You have a first experience in development, financing or works and in tender preparation (even basic) - complementary management,

·       You have knowledge, even basic, of contractual bases and documents with the client and partners,

·       You are fluent in English,

·       Open, creative and curious, you are a good negotiator,

·       You appreciate and promote teamwork,

·       Your main professional skills: effective organization and time management, with a strong ability to adhere to project deadlines,

·       You are an independent and multi-tasking worker with high a level of commitment and motivation and have the ability to work well within a team.
