VINCI Airports has been awarded AERODOM Airports Concession renewal by the Dominican Republic authorities for an extended period to 2060. The scope of the contract includes full operations together with investment CapEx program including a new Terminal&Associated facilities for an amount of 250MUSD. The construction works cover Airside (aprons, facilities and plants) to Landside (passenger terminal buildings, parking and facilities). Works of the new Terminal are deemed to be completed by the 31st December 2028. This contract represents an investment of more than 800MUSD by VINCI Group along the 35 years period.

Job Description:

PMO Engineer will be in charge of Project Management Office in AERODOM technical department. Reporting to New Passenger Terminal Building PM, the main responsibilities will be to monitor planning and key contractual milestones achievements. The candidate will be in charge as well of performance and progress monitoring of the various additional projects covered by technical department and in particular the renovation/improvement works in the 6 airports. In addition, the PMO Engineer will coordinate reporting to Grantors and internal stakeholders.

Main tasks:

·       Track and manage execution of reporting obligations to grantor and lenders 

·       Conduct risk reviews and planning/progress reviews periodically

·       Propose corrective action plans for deviation and manage associated implementation

·       Assist New PTB PM and Deputy CTO in Weekly coordination meetings

·       Ensure project management of organisational transformation projects in Technical division

Profile: Generalist, Civil or Electro-mechanical Engineer or architect with rigor and developed communication/coordination skills.
