Description de la mission
1. Data Pipeline Development and Management
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Ingest, transform, and validate data from operational systems, third-party APIs, and internal sources.
Optimize data flow and storage for analytical performance and cost efficiency.
2. System Integration
Collaborate with local IT and business stakeholders to integrate systems using MuleSoft APIs and other middleware technologies.
Support data exchange between on-premise systems and cloud platforms in line with corporate architecture guidelines.
3. Coordination with Vinci Airports HQ (Smart Data Hub)
Serve as the local point of contact for data coordination with Vinci Airports’ HQ teams.
Align local practices with the Smart Data Hub (SDH) framework including naming conventions, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
Contribute to global data governance efforts by ensuring local datasets meet group-wide standards and contribute meaningfully to the central data platform
Drive adoption of the Smart Data Hub (SDH) by organizing training sessions, creating onboarding materials, and supporting local teams in understanding and applying group-wide data standards and tools.
4. Local Innovation Projects
Support the Data & Innovation team in deploying local data projects (dashboards, machine learning models, process automation) that drive business value.
Assist in implementing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with business units and external partners.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Document data engineering processes, data dictionaries, and system interfaces.
Promote best practices and train local users or colleagues when appropriate.
Profil
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data services (ideally Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage).
Experience with Apache Airflow or equivalent workflow orchestration tools.
Experience with MuleSoft, API management, or integration platforms is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control (Git).
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Capable of working autonomously while collaborating in a distributed team.
Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage
Eligibility
European Union or European Economic Area citizen.
Under 28 years of age at the start of the VIE assignment.
Fluent in English. French and/or Japanese is a plus.
Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
