The Employee Relations Manager of VINCI Airports group reports directly to the Group HR Director of VINCI Airports. He/she is part of the HR team of VINCI Airports’ Holding company (≈15 people).


The Employee Relations Manager’s role is a global one within the Group, both in France (≈1,500 people) and abroad (≈16,500 people). It involves a broad variety of topics relating to labor and employment law and industrial relations.
He/she must safeguard the quality of industrial relations and ensure compliance with employment law.

His/her main missions are as follows:

• Support HR business partners and/or directors, at headquarters and in airports (in France and abroad), through complex decision-making process and strategic cases, in order to enhance legal security and maintain the social climate, while taking into account operational goals / business plans.

• Support airports, in particular French airports, through the conduct of labor relations to guarantee consistent group practices and legal compliance.

• Supervise major litigations.

• Devise / enhance legal security of complex mobility situations. 

• Jointly supervise, with the Group HR Director, the management of labor relations at headquarters (employee representatives' meetings, negotiation of collective agreements).

• Support HR business partners through the implementation of VINCI Group’s social policies.

• Interface between VINCI Group and the airports regarding the Group’s set of tools in favor of social dialogue.

• Represent VINCI Airports at professional bodies and commissions of the air transportation sector (UAF, AF-ACI…).

• Support external growth by helping business development teams on labor and employment law aspects of M&A and public bids, both upstream then during transition and integration phases of the acquisition of a new airport:
o perform or coordinate labor / HR due diligence, assess social climate;
o study local legal system and collective agreements in force, assess their impact on the BP;
o contribute to the HR / employment component of the BP;
o coordinate local employment counsels' work;
o prepare and organize transfer of personnel in cooperation with local management and administration: work with the future asset’s HR team and management (and with local administration as needed) on staff transfer and collective status continuity;
o support the integration of the joining asset within the group.


- With a legal background, you have at least 5 years experiences on a Human Resources position in an international environment. An experience in the airport sector would be a bonus.
- You are autonomous and proactive.
- You are meticulous and have real organizational skills.
- You have recognized bargaining skills.
- You know how to adapt to a flexible and dynamic structure.
- You are mobile for short business trips in France and abroad.
-The understanding of the English language is essential.
